Ganesh Retreat Terms and conditions
- All retreats include accommodation, food, yoga classes, healing, massage and lessons.
- Not included are all transfers to and from the venue
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount of the retreat is required to reserve your place.
- Final payment is due 30 days prior to the retreat to confirm your place. If final payments are not received when due, Eight Events reserves the right to cancel your reservation and accept new reservations for your space
- All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another retreat if cancellations are received 30 days prior to the star of the retreat. Absolutely no deposit, refund or payment transfers will be make if cancellation is received after the 30 day deadline.
- Eight Events reserves the right to make modifications and/or changes in the retreat program and /or accommodation as is deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to cancel any retreat. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, you may opt to transfer to another Ganesh Retreat or receive a full refund of the money you have paid. Eight event is not responsible for any consequential expenses or damages incurred as a result of any cancellation, including, but not limited to costs spent in preparation, no-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa and passport fees, lost income and any other related losses or expenses
- Ganesh Retreats is committed to the safety of all its guests, though guests must acknowledge and assume the risks involved in all travel. Ganesh Retreats is not responsible for any unexpected occurrences, including those rendered by weather, political conditions, local infrastructure, wildlife or acts of God.
- Ganesh retreats is not responsible for the loss or damage to any of his /her belongs while on a Ganesh retreat.
- If the client chooses to leave before the end of the retreat Ganesh Retreats will not refund the client.
- You must make Ganesh Retreats aware at the time of booking any pre-existing medical conditions or if you are taking any medication, if you do not make Ganesh Retreats aware of these at the time of booking or in your confidential questionnaire Ganesh retreats will not be held responsible for any health issues that arise from possible contra-indications.
